Promotional prices or discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Promotional prices apply only to new orders placed during the current campaign period.

The gift (a secret product worth 249 SEK / 24.9 EUR) is included if the final amount after discount (excluding shipping) exceeds 2000 SEK / 200 EUR. Once the threshold is reached, the product will appear in the cart and must be added before placing the order to be included. The offer is valid only from November 19 to December 2, 2025, while supplies last. For returns, if the order value is below 2000 SEK / 200 EUR, the product must be returned in its original condition; otherwise, the product’s value (249 SEK / 24.9 EUR) will be deducted from the refund.

Extended return period applies to purchases from November 10, 2025, allowing returns until January 15, 2026. Does not apply to gift cards, which have a 14-day return policy.

During this period, high demand may result in longer delivery times.

When a consumer places an order on ZacZess.com, they automatically agree to the terms and conditions listed below on this page. These terms apply between ZacZess and the consumer when an order is placed through the website. The consumer may contact support@zaczess with any questions regarding the terms.

 

Purchases

A purchase agreement is concluded only when the consumer has received an order confirmation from ZacZess. ZacZess retains ownership of the products until payment has been received. The consumer must be 18 years or older to shop at ZacZess or have parental consent.

 

Prices

Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. Promotions are valid only for new orders placed during the campaign period.

All prices on the website are displayed in SEK, EUR, or USD depending on the consumer's currency selection. For orders from an EU country, VAT is included in the price. Within Sweden, VAT of 25% is included in all prices. For orders from countries outside the EU, prices are excluding VAT.

ZacZess reserves the right to make price adjustments, stock changes, and correct obvious typographical errors, including incorrect prices, product descriptions, and stock information. ZacZess will contact the consumer in the event of an incorrect price and will await the consumer’s approval of the new price before the order proceeds.

 

Taxes and Duties for Non-EU Countries

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are charged when the shipment reaches the consumer's delivery address. The VAT applied is based on the total order value, regardless of whether the order is part of a promotion. ZacZess AB has no control over these fees, as they vary by country, and therefore cannot predict the amount. For further information, consumers are advised to contact their local customs office.

 

Payment Options

ZacZess uses Klarna, Ideal, Apple Pay, and cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay as payment methods. The payment methods displayed at checkout depend on the consumer's region.

Products

Images on the website are illustrative and may differ in color, appearance, or function.

Sizes may vary between colors, models, and production batches. Colors may also vary between different models and batches.

 

PreLoved

PreLoved products are items that may have been previously owned or used and are therefore not new. PreLoved items may, for example, have been owned by another consumer, used in photoshoots, have cosmetic or production defects, or belong to discontinued stock.

Products are sold as-is, and any defects stated in the product description cannot be claimed for a refund.

PreLoved products can be returned but not exchanged, as each product is unique. Otherwise, ZacZess' standard return policy applies. See the Terms & Conditions under "Right of Return" and "Exchanges & Returns" at the bottom of the website.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Current shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

ZacZess sends order-related notifications to the email address and/or mobile number provided at the time of purchase. ZacZess cannot be held responsible for incorrect information submitted during the purchase. Please check your contact information carefully to ensure notifications can be received correctly.

The consumer is responsible for providing correct delivery details, name, and contact information. If a package cannot be delivered or collected due to incorrect or incomplete information and is returned to ZacZess, the consumer will be charged a fee. For more information, see the section "Unclaimed Packages" in the terms and conditions.

If the delivery time for an ordered product changes before it is shipped, ZacZess will notify the consumer as soon as possible. The consumer then has the right to cancel the order at no cost.

ZacZess reserves the right for products to sell out before the website is updated. In such cases, the consumer will be informed that the product has been removed from the order, that the entire order has been cancelled, or of a new estimated delivery time. In the latter case, the consumer has the option to cancel their order.

If necessary, ZacZess or the shipping company may change the selected shipping option, for example if the package is too large for a mailbox/locker, if lockers/collection points are full, or in case of issues with the shipping company. No compensation will be provided for this.

ZacZess is not responsible for any delays in the consumer's delivery.

 

Right of Return

Consumers who are private individuals have 30 days to withdraw. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to ZacZess within 30 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging and be unused and in new condition.

Returns and exchanges are handled via the ZacZess returns portal, where current return shipping prices are displayed. All products are individually inspected upon return or exchange. If the item is returned damaged or used, e.g., missing tags, damaged/missing original packaging, stains, hair, or missing protective wrapping, ZacZess may apply a depreciation based on the extent of the damage. This may be up to 100% of the product’s value if ZacZess determines it is not in resalable condition. The consumer will receive a refund minus the deduction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or printed products (e.g., from club collections). Gift cards have only a 14-day withdrawal period.

Shipping costs remain and are never refunded. This includes both the order shipping cost and return shipping costs.

NOTE: ZacZess only accepts returns handled via the returns portal. Returns not processed through the portal will not be collected and will be sent back to the consumer at the consumer’s expense. The consumer must use the returns portal to return or exchange an item (applies to Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Finland). For returns from other countries, the return shipping must be purchased by the customer. The delivery method must be to door to ZacZess. Contact support@zaczess.com before booking the return shipment for more information.

ZacZess reserves the right, e.g., in cases of irregular order/return behavior or systematic abuse of the return policy, to cancel the consumer’s future orders.

Complaints

If the consumer wants to report a damaged or defective product, they must contact ZacZess via email at support@zaczess.com for further instructions. Please include the order number, photos, and a description of the issue to facilitate handling.

If purchased through a reseller, contact the reseller for questions regarding complaints.

For purchases of a ZacZess product from a private individual, ZacZess cannot assist with complaints.

 

Damaged Goods

Consumers should check their order immediately upon receipt. If an item is incorrect or damaged, the consumer must contact ZacZess as soon as possible via email at support@zaczess.

 

Refunds

Refunds are always sent back to the same account used for the purchase.

 

Unclaimed Packages

If the consumer’s package arrives at a pickup point, a notification will be sent via email, SMS, or app. The consumer is responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address, and email provided are correct. If the package is not collected, the following fee will be charged:

  • Within Sweden: 200 SEK
  • Within the EU: 20 EUR
  • Outside the EU: 20 USD

The same applies to packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address or name information provided by the consumer. In these cases, the same fee as for unclaimed packages will be charged.

Consumers should pay attention to tracking updates via email (including spam folder), SMS, and the shipping company’s app to avoid missing the delivery. It is the consumer’s responsibility to collect the package on time and to contact ZacZess if no tracking information is received after placing the order. Contact support@zaczess.com for assistance with tracking the delivery.

To reduce the risk of missed deliveries, ZacZess recommends that consumers download the apps of the shipping companies they use.

 

Personal Data

In summary, ZacZess’ policy is as follows:

- ZacZess collects only the information necessary to fulfill its obligations to the consumer.

- ZacZess does not share consumer data with third parties except when required to fulfill obligations or comply with legal requirements, such as accounting regulations.

- ZacZess retains only the information necessary by law or to provide the best possible service.

ZacZess is the data controller for the processing of consumer personal data. If the consumer has questions about how their data is handled or wishes to exercise their rights under GDPR, please contact ZacZess at: support@zaczess.com.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, labor conflicts, government decisions, or other comparable events beyond ZacZess’ control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen and affect existing agreements and obligations, ZacZess is released from its obligations to fulfill such agreements.

 

Disputes

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly between ZacZess and the consumer, ZacZess refers primarily to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden. For consumers within the EU, the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform may also be used. If the dispute cannot be resolved through these channels, it will be settled in a Swedish court.


ZacZess complies with Swedish law in its agreements and sales, unless otherwise stated. For sales outside Sweden, Swedish law applies unless it conflicts with mandatory consumer protection rules in the consumer’s country.
