Black Week & Christmas 2024
Sitewide sale does not apply to gift cards, Pre-Loved items, and already reduced items. The offer is valid only on ZacZess.com and for a limited time. The gift (a sweatshirt worth 99.9 EUR) is included if the final amount after discounts (excluding shipping) exceeds 250 EUR. When returning, if the order value is less than 250 EUR, the product must be returned in its original condition; otherwise, the garment’s value of 99.9 EUR will be charged. Once the amount limit is reached, the product appears in the cart and must be added to be included. The offer is valid only during Black Week, subject to final sale. The product will be delivered at the beginning of December.
Extended open purchase applies to purchases from November 15 and provides open purchase until January 15, 2025.
During this period, high demand may cause slightly longer delivery times. The information under "Black Week & Christmas 2024" applies from November 21 2024 to January 1, 2025.

When the consumer orders from ZacZess.com, the consumer automatically agrees to the terms of purchase set forth below on this page. The terms apply between ZacZess and the consumer when the consumer completes an order via the site. The consumer can contact support@zaczess.com for questions about the terms.
Purchase
A purchase agreement is only entered into when the consumer has received an order confirmation from ZacZess. ZacZess retains title to the products until payment is received. The consumer must be 18 years of age to shop at ZacZess or have parental consent.
Prices
Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to orders already completed. Promotions only apply to new orders placed during the promotion period. All prices on the website are shown in SEK, EUR, or USD depending on the consumer's choice of currency. For orders from a country within the EU, VAT is included in the price. For orders from a country outside the EU, the prices are exclusive of VAT.
ZacZess reserves the right to make price adjustments, inventory changes, and correct obvious clerical errors, including incorrect prices, product descriptions, and stock status information. ZacZess has the right to correct such errors and will contact the consumer in the event of an incorrect price. ZacZess will await the consumer's approval of the new price before proceeding with the order. Image information on the site is illustrative and may differ in color, appearance, or function.
Taxes and duties for countries outside the EU
In case of delivery to a country outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be added. These are charged when the shipment reaches the consumer's delivery address. The VAT that is added is based on the consumer's total order value, regardless of whether the order is part of a promotion. ZacZess AB has no control over these fees, as they vary depending on the country, and therefore cannot predict the amount. For further information, the consumer is advised to contact their local customs office.
Payment options
ZacZess uses Klarna, Ideal, Swish, Apple Pay, and cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, and Amex as payment methods. The payment methods displayed at checkout depend on the consumer's region.

Shipping and delivery
Current shipping costs are shown at checkout.
We send notices related to your order to the email address and/or mobile number specified at the time of purchase. ZacZess is not responsible for incorrect information provided at the time of purchase. Please check your contact information carefully to ensure that notifications can be received correctly.
If the delivery time of an ordered product changes before it is shipped, ZacZess will notify the consumer as soon as possible. The consumer then has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge. ZacZess reserves the right that stock items may be sold out before the website is updated. In such cases, the consumer will be informed of a new estimated delivery time and is given the opportunity to withdraw their order. If delivery delays occur beyond ZacZess's control, ZacZess disclaims responsibility to compensate the consumer for any damages caused by the delay.
ZacZess is not responsible for any delivery delays after the package has been handed over to the shipping company.
Right of Return
The consumer who is a private person has a 30-day right of return. To exercise the right of return, the product must be returned to ZacZess within 30 days of receipt. The product must be sent back in its original packaging and be unused in new condition. Returns and exchanges are handled via the ZacZess return portal, where current prices are displayed. If the item is returned in damaged condition, for example, with lost labels, stains, hair, or without original packaging, ZacZess has the right to apply a reduction in value based on the extent of the damage. The consumer will receive a refund for the item minus the deduction.
The right of return does not apply to personally designed products or printed products from club collections. Gift cards only have a 14-day right of return.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
NOTE: ZacZess only accepts returns handled via the returns portal. Returns that are not completed via the returns portal are not picked up and sent back to the consumer. (Applies to Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Finland). The consumer must use the return portal to return or exchange an item.
Complaints
If the consumer wishes to claim a damaged or faulty product, the consumer should contact ZacZess via email at support@zaczess.com for further instructions. The consumer should include the order number, pictures, and a description of the fault to facilitate the handling of the case.
Damaged goods
The consumer should check their order immediately upon receipt. If an item is faulty or damaged, the consumer must contact ZacZess as soon as possible by email to support@zaczess.com.
Refunds
Refunds are always sent back to the same account used for the purchase.
Package not collected
If the consumer's package arrives at a delivery point, a notification is sent via email, SMS, or app. The consumer is responsible for the correctness of the mobile number, address, and email address provided. If the package is not picked up, the consumer will be charged a fee as follows:
- Within Sweden: SEK 200
- For EU: 20 EUR
- Outside EU: 20 USD
The consumer should pay attention to tracking updates via email (including spam), SMS, and the respective shipping company's app in order not to miss the delivery. It is the consumer's responsibility to pick up the package on time and to contact ZacZess if no tracking information is received after ordering. Contact support@zaczess.com for help tracking the delivery.
To reduce the risk of missing deliveries, ZacZess recommends that the consumer download the shipping companies' apps:
Personal data
ZacZess uses, among other things, Klarna as a payment method. Klarna is one of the most secure online payment solutions. The consumer can choose to pay by card or on invoice.
In summary, the following applies to ZacZess’s policy:
- ZacZess only collects the information necessary to fulfill its obligations towards the consumer.
- ZacZess does not share the consumer's data with third parties, except when required to fulfill its obligations or meet legal requirements, such as accounting regulations.
- ZacZess only saves the information that is necessary by law or to be able to provide the best possible service.

Force Majeure
In the event of events such as war, natural disasters, labor market conflicts, authority decisions, or other comparable events beyond ZacZess's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen and which affect entered into agreements and commitments, ZacZess is released from its obligations to fulfill such agreements.
