Shipping and delivery time

Whats your delivery time?

We prioritize fast deliveries to our customers. We always try to send the orders that are placed before 10am on the same day. If you place your order after 10 am your order will be sent from warehouse the next coming working day. I Sweden we normally deliver within 1-2 days and the rest of the world normally within 3-6 days. "

Can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel is sent from our warehouse in Sweden you will receive an email with link where you can track you order and se when it arrives at your address. It can take up to 24h before the tracking information is updated.

What shipping options do you have?

Within Sweden all packages are send with Postnord. Packages outside of Sweden is sent with DHL, UPS or FedEx depending on the destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping above 250 USD

Exchanges & Returns

How do I make a return?

When you, as a customer, make a return you are always responsible for the return shipping cost if you live outside of sweden. Choose appropriate shipping option and hand in your parcel at the closest post office. When we received your returns and processed the items you will be refunded for the cost of the item. We will not refund the return shipping cost from your original order.

How do you do the repayment with a refund?

Repayment is always made to the same account used for order.

How do I make a return?

Within Sweden the return shipping cost is 49 SEK and will be withdrawn from the refunded amount when used a return note/consignment note. Outside of Sweden you as a customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

How do I make an exchange?

At the moment we don't handle any direct exchanges in our warehouse. You make an exchange by placing a new order on our website. You can then return the item that you wish to exchange ."

Can I buy ZacZess products in a store?

Are all your breeches in a stretch material?

Yes, of course! All our equestrian clothes are made in a soft four way stretch that allows you to be comfortable all day.

How are the sizes of your breeches?

Our breeches are normal in size. We generally recommend you to choose the smaller size if you are choosing between two. This is because the four way strech is flexible and will be like a second layer of skin.

How are the sizes of your tops?

Our tops are normal size. Generally our tops are a slimfit-model and we recommend you to choose one size bigger if you like your shirt to be loose.

I'm choosing between two sizes, which one should I take?

In the breeches we recommend you to take the smaller size and on the tops we recommend you to take the bigger size.
