Terms of purchase

ZacZess
Organization number: 559155-7714. When the consumer 
orders from Zaczess, the consumer automatically accepts the terms of purchase below. The terms of purchase apply between ZacZess and the consumer when the consumer carries out an order via this website. Send an email to support@zaczess.se if you have any questions regarding our terms of purchase. 

Purchase
A purchase agreement is concluded once the consumer receives an order confirmation from ZacZess. ZacZess has ownership of the products until payment is received. You need to be 18 years old to shop at ZacZess or have an approval from your guardian.

Delivery 
ZacZess has the intention to handle and send orders that are received before 10 am (CET) the same day and in most cases, the order reaches the customer within 5 days. The delivery time varies depending on the destination and the longest estimated delivery time is 10 days. Within Sweden, your order is delivered within 1-3 working days. If the delivery time changes, the customer is notified as soon as possible and the customer has the right to cancel the order without extra costs. ZacZess reserves the right to have stock items sold out before we have time to update the website, if this happens we will of course update the customer with a new estimated delivery time. The customer has the right to annul the order. 
 

Shipping prices
Always free shipping within Sweden.
We use DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on the destination. Free shipping for orders over:
Sweden - Always free shipping
Europe - 150 EURO
US - 250 USD

Standard delivery prices:
Sweden - Free delivery
Europe - 7 EURO
US - 9 USD

Express delivery prices:
Within Sweden, no express delivery is offered
Within EU - 15 EURO
Outside EU - 25 USD

Prices
For orders within EU, VAT is included in the price. Orders outside of the EU, VAT is not included in the price. We are not responsible for eventual price adjustments, stock changes, and obvious
writing errors, which include faulty prices, product descriptions, and information that an item is in stock. ZacZess has the right to correct these errors. In the event of a faulty price, ZacZess will contact the consumer and wait for approval before the order is completed. 

Tull fees and taxes for countries outside of the EU
If an order is sent to a country outside of the EU there could eventually be import taxes and tull fees added to your order value, these fees are deducted when the order reaches its place of delivery. The VAT is based on the total order value, even if your order is on sale.  ZacZess AB has no control over these fees as the fees are different depending on the country. Therefore, ZacZess 
can not predict the price of these fees beforehand. Contact your local tull office for more information. 

USA: American tull rules implements a tull fee when an order is over 800USD/24h shipping from Sweden to USA. You can make one order for 800USD per day. Notice that the fees can vary on the different products and that prices are different. 

Payment offers 
ZacZess uses Klarna as a payment offer within Sweden. For orders outside of Sweden you will be informed about the different payment options at check out.

Delayed orders
Delayed orders can happen without our control. If orders are delayed without our control we disclaim financial responsibility to 
the customer for the damage the delay has caused.

Return policy and open purchase
You as a private party have a 30 day right of return and that means you as a customer have 30 days since receiving the order to annul the order by returning the order or notifying us at ZacZess. It is important that the order is sent back in its original packaging and that it is not used.

Within Sweden
Within Sweden, the customer will be charged 49kr for the return shipping cost and for using our return ticket. Is you don’t have a return ticket, please contact customer service and we will send you a new return ticket. You will see your refund once we have collected and controlled the condition of the item. Refund applies for the cost of the refunded item excluding the return shipping cost (49kr).

Returns outside of Sweden
When you as a customer use the return policy, you are always responsible for the return shipping cost. Choose a suitable shipping option and drop your order off at the closest post office. 
Once we have received your return and controlled the item you will be refunded for the price of the item. We don’t refund the return shipping cost from your original order.   

Exchanges 
If you wish to change size or product, you are able to do so by returning the item you wish to exchange. Follow the instructions 
above. You place a new order on our website with the size you wish to change to. If you have any questions, please contact support@zaczess.com

Complaints 
If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, we ask you to contact us via email for further instructions. Add your invoice/receipt so that we can identify your order.

Damaged goods
When you recive your items, it is importatant that you control your order. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact support@zaczess.com as soon as possible. 

Refunds
Refunds are always sent to the same account used for the purcahse.

If you don’t pick up your parcel
If your parcel arrives to your post office, a notification will be send to you by email or text. It is your responsibility as a customer that the phone number, address and email that you provided are 
correct. If you don’t collect your parcel, you will be charged with an administration fee of 100 SEK within Sweden or 150 Euro outside of Sweden. Standard shipping prices are not refunded. 
 
Personal information
A brief description of our policy: We only collect the necessary information to be able to go through with your order. We don’t share your details to a third party unless necessary to  complete your order or to meet accounting legislation. We only save the

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could 
not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
